"We Are All Grown up Babies" presented by Application & Integration: Real Talk with AIA Collaborators Series

What if the roots of our adult dysfunctions—airway issues, postural strain, chronic pain, sleep disruption—begin far earlier than we think? Dr. Hilary Pada invites us to revisit growth and development through an integrative lens, provoking thoughts about how infancy influenced us as adults.

About the Course

Welcome to Application & Integration: Real Talk with AIA Collaborators Series!

AIA’s newest educational program is designed to spotlight amazing collaborators and thought leaders while supporting AIA’s mission of creating high-value dialogue, practical insight, and meaningful community engagement.

The series will feature trusted collaborators, practitioners, and thought leaders who don’t just share ideas—they explore how those ideas are actually lived, applied, and integrated in real work and real life.

It’s real talk—thoughtful, practical conversations intended to deepen understanding, support integration, and offer perspectives participants can genuinely work with beyond the session.

Our first speaker, Dr. Hilary Pada, is an integrative dentist, educator, and interdisciplinary clinical leader, whose work with the Applied Integration Academy (AIA) places her at the forefront of collaboration across dentistry, physical therapy, osteopathic principles, neuro-optometry, and podiatry. Her teaching and clinical approach highlight the mouth–body–breath–posture continuum and bring clarity to teams working across multiple disciplines.
