About the Course
The Gait & Grounding Immersive Course is an advanced, application-based continuation of the Gait & Grounding Foundations Course. Designed for practitioners seeking deeper clinical integration, this course moves beyond conceptual understanding to practical implementation of gait and grounding principles across a wide range of patient presentations.
Through structured analysis, hands-on application, and guided clinical reasoning, participants will refine their ability to assess how the body interacts with the ground and how these interactions influence global movement, compensation patterns, and functional outcomes. Emphasis is placed on translating biomechanical principles into repeatable strategies that can be applied across complex and variable cases.
This immersive experience is intended to solidify gait and grounding as central components of whole-body assessment and intervention. Completion of both the Foundations and Immersive courses qualifies participants to earn the AIA Body Trained badge, recognizing advanced training in applied gait and grounding integration within the Applied Integration Academy framework.
