This interactive, hands-on workshop helps dentists hone their skills in prescribing, fabricating, fitting, and adjusting the Pattern Altering Dental Appliance (PADA). The program builds on "The Body and the Bite I" by emphasizing the delivery of the neurological benefits of a properly fitted oral appliance.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Course withdrawal with written notice 30 days or more before course start date:

FULL REFUND MINUS (6% PROCESSING FEE).

Course withdrawal with written notice 15 days before course start date:

50% of COURSE TUITION transferred to a future live course designated by attendee at time of withdrawal. Remaining 50% registration tuition and a processing fee of 6% is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Course withdrawal within 7 day or less prior to start date: Due to expenses incurred in planning and limited seating, NO REFUNDS or CREDITS can be offered for late cancellations.
