Tara Osborne, a trailblazer in the world of physical therapy, weaves science, compassion, and innovation into her practice.

Tara’s path intersected with two seasoned postural restoration therapists in 2010. Under their mentorship, she honed her skills in neurology, biomechanics, and spine rehabilitation. In 2013, she proudly earned her PRC (Postural Restoration Certified) credential, setting her apart as a specialist in challenging chronic pain cases. Her mission is to support the vibrant outdoor community by providing cutting-edge treatments and personalized care.

Tara’s vision for an interdisciplinary approach to physical medicine knows no bounds. In 2022, she completed a fellowship from the Applied Integration Academy (AIA). This interdisciplinary program bridges physical therapy with dentistry, optometry, and podiatry. As a faculty member at AIA, Tara shares her expertise with the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Tara’s vision extends beyond traditional physical therapy. She collaborates with local dentists, functional medicine physicians, medical exercise specialists, massage therapists, nutritionists, and a Pilates team to create holistic health programs.
